Overview
A tutorial mission with background characters that interact with one another, giving context to the war and the world the game is set in. When you play this level we strongly recommend paying attention to the interactions between characters as they provide important background that enriches everything that comes after. You start by receiving your uniform with the choice of what to wear left up to you, and make your way through the level encountering soldiers with their own stories along the way. You pass a hut where what appear to be high-ranking soldiers are in the middle of planning something, and eventually reach the far end of the map where you are taught how to use a rifle and where to aim. At the end, the people in the hut are revealed and you are given the full context of what is happening and what the Republic of the Philippines is preparing to do. It is the best starting point for new players and sets the tone for everything the game is trying to say.
